Ann has been in the real estate business for over 20 years and with Keller Williams Realty since April 2003. Her professional designations include CRS:Certified Residential Specialist; GRI:Graduate Real Estate Institute; ABR:Accredited Buyer Representative and SRES: Senior Real Estate Specialist. In addition to her designations, Ann also continues her education on a regular basis by attending Keller Williams University Seminars, Howard Brinton Seminars, Floyd Wickman Seminars and Brian Buffini Seminars. Ann's primary specialities are working as a Buyer Agency as well as a Seller Agency with a focus on Residential, Waterfront and Investment Properties. Ann is a long time resident of Scarborough. In her spare time Ann enjoys spending time boating, gardening, reading, and most importantly spending time with her 8 lovely grandchildren.
